Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zaikarpk. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We process shipments across Pakistan.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days following order processing.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated prior to confirmation.

3. Payment & Delivery Method

We currently operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
Payment must be made in full to the courier representative at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for smooth handling.

4. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to the courier.

5. Order Tracking & Status Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/call or email with courier tracking information (if available) to help you monitor your delivery progress.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel from the courier representative, or inform us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist us in resolving the issue with the courier company.
